The journey toward healing…

Bedelia believes healing happens when we care for the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. Life’s challenges often affect us on many levels—our thoughts, emotions, physical well-being, and our sense of meaning or purpose.

Her approach to counseling is holistic, person-centered, and trauma-informed. Together, you will explore patterns of thoughts and behaviors while also paying attention to how stress and life experiences are held in the body. Bedelia integrates evidence-based therapy with practical tools that support emotional regulation, self-compassion, and lasting resilience.

Many of the people Bedelia works with are navigating seasons of grief, loss, aging, caregiving, or significant life transitions. Others come when anxiety, stress, or past experiences begin to feel overwhelming. Whether you are facing a recent change or carrying something that has felt heavy for a long time, counseling offers a place to slow down, reflect, and begin moving forward with greater clarity and hope.

Bedelia is passionate about helping people who are hurting. She brings insight, compassion, and gentle humor to her work, creating a space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported as you navigate difficult seasons of life.

And yes—she truly believes there is always hope.
